Communications Request

This form is the first step for getting events communicated to the people of LifePoint. We are excited to help meet the needs of the leaders at LifePoint and honored to be a part of your event!
 
Just a few quick reminders:
  1. Please submit a communication request at least 45 days before the event. (We cannot guarantee that events will be communicated if your request is not received within that time frame.) 45 days allows for the best strategic planning. 
  2. Our communications and media team would love to create the material to promote your event. If you want to submit promotional graphics, it must be made on Canva. No graphics outside of Canva will be accepted (i.e. Adobe, photoshop, etc.). In order for graphics to fit on the website and app they need to be in 4 different sizes. Distorted graphics in 2025 makes organizations look dumb. 
  3. LifePoint retains the right to approve or reject all promotional materials.
  4. Not all forms of communications will be available for all events.
